Description of Products for Trade Inquiry
A new staple in Nagasaki gourmet. An authentic soup curry blending Japanese, Chinese, Dutch cultures, and the fragrance of spices. The spices, once exclusive to Nagasaki, were later introduced through Chinese culinary influences. Born from the mix of diverse culinary cultures arriving from different places, it's the "Nagasaki Soup Curry." Representing the blend of Japanese, Chinese, and Dutch cultures in Nagasaki, it's the city's innovative culinary delight.

Nagasaki, which blossomed through the Nanban trade, was a hub of spice commerce. Inspired by this history, we meticulously blend various spices for a luxurious touch. While there are numerous spices used in curries, we have conducted multiple trials to perfect our unique blend.
