We collect agricultural products, sell fertilizers and pesticides, and farm in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. In buckwheat noodles, we produce ""Hitachi-Aki Soba"" which is highly evaluated by buckwheat noodle chefs nationwide for its good grain quality and especially for its unique aroma, flavor, and sweetness.

Ibaraki Prefecture has been known as a soba production area since the Edo period (1603-1868), and various native varieties of soba were produced in the area due to its long history. 1978 saw the birth of our own brand of soba, ""Hitachi-Aki Soba,"" which is characterized by its large size, uniform grain size, rich aroma and sweet taste. Our ""Hitachi-Aki Soba"" has been fertilized with trace elements in the soil to ensure not only high production, but also good taste. In 2020, it won the President's Award of the National Soba Noodle Milling Cooperative Association at the 32nd National Soba Excellent Production Awards.
