In addition to sake, our brewery produces Oita barley shochu and liqueurs using local specialties such as Kabosu and plum. As a long-established sake brewery, our products have received numerous awards in contests both nationally and internationally.
Established in 1864, we are a sake brewery with a history of over 150 years in Kusu Town, Kunisaki District, Oita Prefecture, surrounded by the scenic Kujū mountain range.
