We are proud of our underground excavation technology (ESS: Eco Speed Shield System), which is one of our core technologies, and we can respond appropriately to the diversified needs of underground infrastructures such as sewers, water pipes, rainwater pipes, and underground joint ditches. ESS is a technology that combines both propulsion and shield tunneling methods, and we are actively expanding our business overseas.
We are a comprehensive planning and construction company that provides services ranging from market research, project proposals, design, design, construction, environmental energy projects, civil engineering and environment, building management, and after-sales services.

Description of Products for Trade Inquiry
In the combined propulsion and shield tunneling method, which is the most distinctive feature of the ESS method, the propulsion method is used to excavate to the limit of propulsion or to any point before a sharp curve, after which the shield tunneling method can be switched to the propulsion method. A special lead pipe at the rear of the propulsion machine is used as a branch point, and a simple structure is adopted for speedy switching to shield tunneling. Propulsion pipes are used in the propulsion section, and segments unique to the ESS method are used in the shield section.

One of our proudest technologies is the underground excavation technology (ESS method).

The technology is a combination of the propulsion and shield tunneling methods, which shortens the construction period and reduces costs compared to conventional construction projects.

The model can be selected according to the soil type and can reach any existing structure.
We have worked to develop a construction method that can respond to various conditions, such as road traffic conditions, existing underground structures, and consideration for the surrounding living environment, which are considered to be issues in recent years. We focused on the separate technologies of propulsion and shield tunneling, and by considering the advantages of integrating the two, we pursued and developed the ultimate construction method that would provide economy, reliability, and superior quality, in response to the needs of society. The new method is capable of achieving a finished inner diameter of 1,000 mm, a span of 1,000 m or more, and a super steep curve of R = 10 m.
