Normally, snap rings are made by pressing from a plate, but we wind and shape wire rod and press shape it so that the end face is free of press marks and material loss is minimized. We also manufacture wire-cut and etched springs with plate thicknesses from 0.03 mm to meet various applications and needs in detail.
