Located a 6-minute drive from the main factory towards the mountain area, we have initiated a new frozen food manufacturing facility, the Kawamata Factory, on the first floor of a former elementary school. The frozen facility incorporates cutting-edge Proton freezing technology to preserve the freshness, texture, and flavor of the ingredients while minimizing drips and water separation. With about 30 years of experience since our founding, leveraging our expertise in manufacturing products centered around cut vegetables, we collaborate with numerous producers in Kyushu. Our goal is to produce value-added frozen processed goods, including ready-to-eat meals utilizing vegetables, fruits, and specialty products sourced from Kumamoto and the broader Kyushu region.
