(1) Following the belief that good eggs are born from healthy chickens and high-quality feed, we feed our chickens a carefully crafted and exclusive blend of feed consisting solely of selected naturally derived feed ingredients. The deep color of the yolk in Taiyo Tamago is naturally occurring. (2) Taiyo Tamago, benefiting from chickens consuming high-quality feed, is exceptionally nutritious compared to conventional eggs. It contains approximately 10 times more vitamin E, known for its antioxidant properties and effectiveness in brain activation and dementia prevention. Additionally, it has about twice as much vitamin A, which helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes, as regular eggs. (3) The egg yolk of Taiyo Tamago is rich in umami amino acids, providing a rich and subtly sweet flavor. What sets Taiyo Tamago apart is that both the egg yolk and egg white contain umami components, a unique feature not found in regular eggs (regular eggs typically lack umami components in the egg white).

Our company started as a wholesale egg distributor shortly after the post-war period. We used to gather eggs from the Shimabara Peninsula and sell them, often engaging in door-to-door sales in Nagasaki City. About 40 years ago, there was a period when the eggs became less delicious. This was due to an increase in farmers using cheaper feed to cut down on the major cost of egg production, which is feed cost. However, with a strong desire to provide our customers with eggs that we ourselves find satisfactory, we decided to establish our own poultry farm. Our goal was to produce eggs that are not only delicious but also healthy and nutritionally rich. Like humans, we believe that chickens thrive and produce tasty eggs when fed with naturally derived feed, avoiding chemically synthesized alternatives. To signify the symbol of ""nature"" as the ""sun,"" we named our eggs ""Taiyo Tamago"" (Sun Eggs). This marked the beginning of Taiyo Tamago.
