In 2002, we introduced the 'Tokyo Rusk' brand, transitioning from a wholesaler to a confectionery manufacturer, a path we continue on to this day. With stores across Japan offering gifts from Tokyo, we have expanded our presence in various locations. Featuring dozens of flavors, including seasonal limited editions, packaged in charming designs, our products cater to a wide range of age groups, earning support from people of diverse backgrounds. Moreover, beyond rusk, we deliver smiles to our customers through an array of sweets, including fresh baked bread and chocolate balls.
Established in July 1984 as a specialty wholesaler of handmade chocolates using Swiss chocolate under the name 'Swiss Tei,' Grandbar Tokyo Rusk embarked on its journey.

Description of Products for Trade Inquiry
Our top-selling Premium Amande Rusk is a customer favorite. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the crispy texture of the rusk bread base and the flavor of butter. We carefully select the ideal wheat flour for rusk, blend it with our unique formula, and bake it in a dedicated oven. The flavor and richness of melted butter, applied to the baked rusk, contribute to the secret of its deliciousness. Additionally, we coat it with slices of almonds from California and caramel, enhancing sweetness with a hint of salt as a hidden flavor.

The inception of our product development was driven by the desire to create a rusk with a premium feel beyond the usual offerings. During this process, we discovered the excellent compatibility between the fragrant California almonds and the rich, smooth caramel. We pondered on how to replicate this pairing in a rusk. Through numerous iterations and trials, we successfully manufactured a rusk coated with caramel, maintaining its crispy texture. This product sets itself apart from our other offerings, allowing customers to experience a luxurious sensation and elevating the rusk to a higher level.
