To this day, we use wooden barrels and cedar rooms, approaching each grain of koji with meticulous care. Currently, we primarily focus on koji-making, a craft beloved by the locals in Sakai, producing and selling various products to promote koji culture in the modern era.
Established in 1689, Amekaze Co., Ltd. has continued the traditional craftsmanship of koji (Malted rice)-making passed down through generations.

Description of Products for Trade Inquiry
We primarily engage in the production of koji and also manufacture and sell products such as miso, soy sauce, soy sauce processed products, sweet sake, doburoku (unrefined sake), and more. Additionally, we offer OEM manufacturing. With a commitment to quality raw materials and production methods, we continue to explore the potential of koji (maited rice), putting effort into product development.

Known as the 'Beginning of Things is Sakai,' the city boasts numerous traditional industries, and in the past, there were many brewing companies as well. Unfortunately, our company also fell victim to the air raids in 1945 and was completely destroyed, leading us to the present day. In the Izumi region where Sakai is located, the tradition of making miso at home still persists. To preserve such a culture, we engage in outreach activities such as miso-making experiences in nurseries and elementary schools.
