This is craft beer meticulously brewed at a small brewery located on the grounds of Sanpia Iga.
We are currently crafting a traditional German Kölsch-style beer, enjoyed in Germany for generations. It has become a staple at events as a beer that can be enjoyed heartily. Our commitment includes using water sourced from the underground springs of Iga City, Mie Prefecture, for over 50% of the brewing process. We also crush malt in Iga Ueno, Mie Prefecture, and manufacture it from the wort.
